Design and implementation of automatic painting mobile robot

Wall painting is a repetitive, stressful, and hazardous process that makes it an ideal automation case. In the automotive industry, had been automated but not yet for construction industry. However, there strong need mobile robot can move to paint residential interior walls. this study, we aim design implement automatic robot. The conceptual of proposed wall consisting mechanism with spray gun ultrasonic sensor. attached pulley has linear motion. sensor used detect when reached certain limit. DC motor rotates clockwise counterclockwise based on condition made. experimental results indicate was able walls smoothly vertically, horizontally. spraying structure's speed at tolerable 0.07 m/s, which could be increased, provide high-quality without any gaps, current selected as most suitable, harm working process.
